The Paper Cottage

I'm so happy to be partnering with The Paper Cottage. They are a fantastic online paper company that specializes in invitations, announcements, holiday cards and many more delicious goodies! I have decided not to offer custom holiday cards this season but Beth and Michelle are your ladies! Check out their wonderful selections and make sure to contact them when you are ordering your holidays cards and gifts. They are offering 20% off your order right now thru October 31, 2012. Use the code BASICS at checkout (not good on GetPapered Collection). Go. Shop. Now!

Announcing ... Holiday Mini Sessions

Summer is slowly coming to an end and I have had already had many requests for my fall/holiday mini sessions so here they are... I am doing them this fall in three cities (New York, Chatham and Darien) so send me an email to reserve a space. These are the only ones I am doing this year. I am including 10 high-resolution digital photos on a DVD which means it will be no problem for you to pick that amazing photo for your holiday card. If you book by September 6th you will receive 25 free custom holiday cards. Because of limited availability, sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. I can't wait to see you! **Please forward along to anyone who you think might be interested**

mother's day special | 2011

Last night got me thinking after I posted my blog about Mother's Day ... I am a mother and "most" of my readers are mothers so why not celebrate Mother's Day properly ladies! Book a regular session and get 50% off the session fee when you book your 2011 session before midnight, Sunday, May 8th. What that means is you only pay $100 (regular session fee $200) and it can be applied to a family session, maternity session, newborn session, high school senior session, etc.

PS You don't have to be a mother to book -- tell your husbands/boyfriends/significant-others and have them contact me this weekend.

cocoa crayon

I am always asked where I get some of the cool and unique products that I have for myself and for my kids so I thought I would divulge my source. Cocoa Crayon is an awesome website that my good friend Lisa Moss owns and runs. She used to live on the Upper East Side of Manhattan but recently relocated to California with her family. If you are ever in the market for fun, unique and charming products check out her site and give her a call. Her customer service and gift wrapping is amazing!http://www.cocoacrayon.com
